In Uttar Pradesh, India, we helped establish a rug-making facility exclusively for female employees to create economic empowerment for women. Today, two of our most popular micro-hooked wool rugs, Paint Chip and Cat's Paw, are made entirely by women.

It All Started with Gypsy Rose

The beautiful Gypsy Rose rug was the first Dash & Albert rug ever! Annie designed it in 2003, based on a one-of-a-kind find from the Brimfield Antique Market in Massachusetts. A bestseller, it's still available today as a hand-hooked wool rug.
