Southern Charm Season 10 has had no shortage of drama. With the most recent episodes honing in on the turmoil between JT Thomas and Madison LeCroy, it seems like this week’s focus is shifting to Craig Conover and Austen Kroll. In an exclusive clip obtained by DECIDER, the duo hashes it out over Conover’s growing absence from the group.

Sitting poolside in Conover’s backyard oasis, Kroll tells his friend that it “felt weird” not having him at Patricia Altschul‘s birthday party the night before. However, Conover points out that he wasn’t invited to the event.

“It felt weird not being invited. I don’t get my feelings hurt too often. Did Patricia say why I wasn’t invited?” he asks, to which Kroll answers, “Yeah. It was a combination of thinking you were out of town and being like, ‘I haven’t really talked to Craig much.’ Then the conversation switched to your absence.”

For Conover, it felt “crazy” that the group talked about his “absence” at a party he wasn’t invited to. But Kroll explains that the conversation was more about his absence when he is in Charleston.

“I miss my buddy and that’s where I’m coming to you from,” Kroll adds. “We talk and do this but if I’m going to lunch, you’re not on my phone call list. If I’m going to get a beer, you’re not on my phone call list. Because your answer is normally, ‘I’m gardening.’”

Conover quickly becomes defensive, telling Kroll, “That’s a you thing! I’m not a fucking mind reader. I didn’t know this shit was going on. I thought we were good. Why don’t we set up a weekly teatime?”

The Trop Hop Beers founder says he already tried to set up a weekly golf time with Conover, but the latter bailed on him so he could garden.

“It was work! We have a gardening line coming out,” Conover insists, before adding, “That’s what makes me happy now — is working and making money.”

Tune into Southern Charm on Thursday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo to see how their conversation plays out.
