Everybody wants more Nobody Wants This. Headed into a jam-packed awards season, the Netflix series has dozens of nominations—including a Golden Globe nomination for Best Television Series, Musical or Comedy.
The show follows Noah (Adam Brody), a rabbi who falls in love with sex podcaster Joanne (Kristen Bell). Joanne, who is not Jewish, struggles to fit in with her boyfriend’s traditional religious family. The couple’s contradictory lives cause dissension, particularly between Joanne and Noah’s mother, who labels her a “shiksa” (a disparaging word for a Gentile girl). The relationship ends up being more awkward than romantic at times, such as when Joanne visits a Jewish summer camp with Noah and the teenage campers deem her not good enough for “Hot Rabbi.” Regardless, their strong connection perseveres.
When faced with the decision to become Head Rabbi, Noah grapples with the idea of maintaining a non-Jewish girlfriend while fulfilling his Jewish duties. Although he is faithful to the temple, he isn’t ready to give up his love for Joanne just yet. The Season 1 conclusion leaves viewers hopeful for the duo’s relationship in Season 2, which will be released late 2025.

Who says you can’t keep the holiday spirit going into the new year? Dash (Austin Abrams) and Lily (Midori Francis) embark on a Christmas adventure with a notebook filled with dares in hand. The catch: they’ve never met. Lily leaves the notebook in a bookstore, and Dash finds it. The duo falls in love through the book, which they pass back and forth in New York City until they finally come together.
High schoolers Otis (Asa Butterfield) and Maeve (Emma Mackey) boost their social status by establishing an underground sex therapy clinic for their classmates. Through this secret business, the characters learn more about themselves, their sexual identity and the romantic truths they may be too scared to face.
Dylan (Johnny Flynn) has amassed an extensive list of sexual partners on his journey to find love. When he gets diagnosed with an STD, he must track down everyone he has been intimate with in the past. The trip down memory lane brings back some awkward and painful memories that Dylan would rather forget.

After his girlfriend cheats on him, nice-guy Gus (Paul Rust) starts over by moving to an apartment complex filled with college students.
