The new guidelines now clarifies the boundaries of Trump's federal and personal powers, and it acts as a bridge to ensure that none overlaps the other.

Trump Organization to donate profits?

As part of the new ethics guidelines, Trump's company has decided to donate all profits received from foreign governments that will serve multiple purposes along with maintaining of transparency before the American citizens.

Trump Organization also detailed an eight-step ethics outline for how it would seek to avoid conflicts of interest and keep Trump away from his family business as soon as he takes office.
