Jagadhri is in Ambala Division in the northern Indian state of Haryana. This town is known for the cluster of brass and copper industries. Jagadhri is known as the "Brass City" of India.

edit- 1 Chaneti Buddhist Stupa (3 km (1.9 mi) east of Jagadhri). This ancient monument was built during the reign of King Ashoka of the Maurya Empire. It is round in shape, made of bricks, 8 meters in height, in the area of about 100 sq meters, is an old Buddhist Stupa. According to Hieun Tsang, this was built by the King Ashoka.
