Deutsch: Bocksbraten ist eine Spezialtität in der Umgebung von Bamberg, die meist zur Kirchweih angeboten wird. Es wird das Fleisch ausgewachsener Böcke verwendet, gelegentlich auch Fleischstücke von der Ziege. Aufgrund des intensiven Geschmacks des Fleisches, wird das Fleisch, ähnlich Sauerbraten, für mehrere Tage in eine Essigbeize eingelegt. Das gekochte Fleisch wird mit einer Blutsoße und Klößen gereicht.
