English: “Botchan Train”(Matsuyama City):
The original Botchan Train was a steam locomotive named after Soseki Natsume's novel Botchan. The present Botchan Train was reproduced in 2001. The styling of the train is retro, but it is powered by diesel engine. The body is dark green and the interior has wooden couches like the ones used for the original German-made steam locomotive.(Ehime, JAPAN)
