Je 150 Gramm roten und weißen Presssack und rote Hausmacher Stadtwurst enthäuten und kleinschneiden. 2 Zwiebeln feinhacken. Vinaigrette aus 5 EL Apfelessig, 4 EL Öl, Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika herstellen. Vinaigrette und Wurstmischung vermengen, 150 Gramm Ochsenmaulsalat unterheben. Mit Zwiebelringen garnieren.
