Per Taeyang:

This song was already out when we worked on the MADE singles, but it didn’t make the single album. Even for the full album, CEO Yang didn’t really like the song, so we were uncertain whether it would make it or not. But it did; I personally think ‘Last Dance’ and ‘FXXK IT’ are of course great songs, but I listened to this for 2 years until this album. The more I hear it, I love it. And you don’t tire of it; you could keep listening to it. And it has BIGBANG’s unique hip-hop features; but there’s also a sense of melancholy in the song.
