I guess it was just that the way that everybody’s been putting together the word “drip” or “drippin'.” I just wanted something different. I just like being different. So I just thought of it in the most complex way that you could put it. Faucet failure means your sink’s not working, which means it’s leaking, which means it’s dripping.
I made this fucking song in 10 minutes, G. I swear to God, this was the song that was the easiest song to make for the whole album. I like to work on songs and sit on them before I make them. I made this song in 10 minutes. It was the best song I recorded for myself. Like the happiest, most genuine song. Just freestyling basically but not freestyling at the same time.
