About Aitch

Harrison Armstrong (b. December 9, 1999), best known as Aitch, is an British rapper from Manchester. His performer name comes from the British pronunciation of the alphabetical letter ‘H’ (the initial of his forename).

After showcasing a talent for freestyle rapping from as early as his school years, he signed with Northern Quarterz Music and released his first track “Straight Rhymez”—which amassed 12 million views and garnered the attention of grime heavyweight Stormzy.

In addition to securing both a Kenny Allstar Freestyle and a Daily Duppy with GRM Daily in 2018, BBC Radio 1Xtra named Aitch on their Hot For 2019 list—a prediction of the hottest artists that are destined for prosperity over the next year.

Following the success of his UK Top10 single “Taste (Make It Shake),” and his features on “Strike A Pose,” and “Take Me Back to London,” Aitch released his EP, AitcH2O, in September 2019. Aitch’s third EP, Polaris was released in May 2020 without much warning. The project included stand-out single “Safe To Say” and his AJ Tracey & Tay Keith assisted smash hit “Rain”.
