DA IN ROAD RAGE OVER CAR KILLER

Brooklyn DA Charles Hynes vowed yesterday to have the man who fatally struck two young girls with his Porsche sent back to prison after The Post found him driving in New Jersey in apparent violation of his probation.

“Mr. Isaac Chehebar would not have been on probation at all except for the compassion shown by the victims’ father, and he has now disrespected the compassion shown by the victims’ father,” Hynes said. “On Tuesday, we are going to seek to send him back to jail.”

Early yesterday, a Post reporter and photographer saw Chehebar, 22, at the Jersey Shore, where he got behind the wheel of a friend’s Mercedes-Benz and drove away.

In 2002, Chehebar pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in connection with running down Svetlana Shetman, 10, and her sister Inna, 15, at Ocean Parkway and Avenue X in Brooklyn on April 20, 2001.

He was sentenced to six months in prison and five years of probation by a judge, who barred him from driving. The girls’ dad OK’d the sentence.
