COPS ‘TAG’ 2ND SCRAWL SUSPECT

Police busted one of the city’s most-wanted graffiti sprayers yesterday, as part of a major push against paint-wielding vandals.

Cops nabbed Anthony Larosa, 20, of Queens, whose tag is PINZ and who is known as an “All City” graffiti scrawler.

That’s the title other taggers give people who have achieved the highest level of recognition among their underground peers.

The bust comes a day after police nabbed 29-year-old Miguel Camacho, who was accused of leaving his mark all over Forest Hills.

While Camacho was considered a small-timer who left his “VAMP” tag on local businesses with whom he had a beef, Larosa was a major graffiti vandal.

His work has appeared in several boroughs and got him included in the NYPD’s Citywide Vandal Task Force book.

The book holds some 70 of the most prolific taggers in town, and is being used by cops all over town in a new crackdown.

The 70 in the graffiti rogues gallery include four woman and several tourists, who cops say come to New York simply to spray their tags.

One of them is French national Raoul Perre, who goes by the tag HOW.
