The young Manhattan woman who had her ex-lover branded like a bull for never calling after a one-night stand was hit yesterday with a searing five-year prison sentence.
Kristina Caban, 23, sobbed as court officers cuffed her and led her away.
“I love you!” she mouthed to her mom and dad in the Manhattan Supreme Court courtroom.
Caban was convicted of ordering the Oct. 22, 2006, attack on Samir Sara, 24, who had called it quits with the art student after a fling two years earlier.
Caban led Sara to a room at the Chelsea Inn on a promise of sex. Instead, two male friends of hers were waiting with a Taser stun gun and a branding iron bearing the letter “R.”
One man was Caban’s boyfriend, Robert Testagrossa, the 26-year-old son of two prosecutors. He’s serving his own five-year sentence.
The second man has never been arrested or publicly identified.
