‘Gorilla Glue girl’ Tessica Brown raises over $13K in one day on GoFundMe

They’re helping her get out of a sticky situation.

Gorilla Glue girl Tessica Brown has raised more than $13,000 in just one day on GoFundMe as she grapples with getting the adhesive out of her hair.

The Louisiana woman — whose hair has been stuck solid for a month after she used the superglue in lieu of hairspray — started the fundraiser on Monday.

She set out to raise $1,500 — but by 9 a.m. Tuesday had raised more than $13,382 with donations from 776 people.

The fundraiser — started by Brown and a relative and using a photo from her visit to the emergency room — did not detail what she’d use the cash for.

But she allegedly plans to sue over the hair-raising ordeal, as well as fly to California Wednesday when she’s reportedly getting free treatment from Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng to finally free her locks.

Brown went viral last week when she revealed on TikTok how her hair had been stuck solid for a month after she used the extra-strong superglue after running out of her usual hair product.

“Bad, bad, bad idea,” she said in the original clip, which had been seen more than 20 million times by Tuesday morning.

Many of those who donated this week offered prayers, with others suggesting possible treatments — including WD-40 lubricant.

“I can’t imagine a more traumatic way to come into the ‘public eye,'” wrote Darnella Ford, who donated $20. 

Seana McDuffie chipped in $50 largely out of “laughing as hard as I did” at Brown’s plight.

“She entertained me for days during this snow storm,” Dylan Valladao wrote, while contributing $5.

Gorilla Glue tweeted its sympathies over the “unfortunate situation” — but stressed there was no reason to think it was wise to use the adhesive on hair.

“This is a unique situation because this product is not indicated for use in or on hair as it is considered permanent,” the company stressed.
