Jeremy Strong sells Brooklyn pad for $2M — as a nearby home he lived in while filming ‘Succession’ lists for sale

The Brooklyn apartment that Jeremy Strong, the Emmy-winning actor who brought Kendall Roy to life on HBO’s buzzy “Succession,” called home during the first season’s filming has listed for $1.65 million, The Post has learned.

This listing also comes just a month after Strong sold his nearby three-bedroom Williamsburg apartment for nearly $2 million. The star had purchased that property for $1.62 million in 2019.

Back in 2017, Strong, now 45, rented this other Williamsburg abode — the one now for sale — for about $5,000 a month while he worked on the hit show. The series would later rack up Golden Globe wins for Best Television Series – Drama and Primetime Emmys for Outstanding Drama Series in 2020, 2022 and 2024.

Strong lived in this now-listed residence until 2019.

Located at 233 Kent Ave., the floor-through apartment for sale is made up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The modern chef’s kitchen features a gas cooktop and oven, a built-in steamer, a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and a Samsung refrigerator. Quartzite stone countertops and chic wooden cabinetry complete the space.

The open-concept living and dining area boasts west-facing windows.

The bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the apartment, are also bathed in sunlight.

The primary bedroom offers a private balcony, an oversize closet and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub. The secondary bedroom provides flexibility as a guest room or a home office, with an equally stylish hallway bathroom featuring another deep soaking tub.

Wide-plank refinished hardwood floors, central air with built-in humidity control, a NEST system, and LED lighting operated by the WEMO Lighting & Camera System are just some of the other modern conveniences throughout the residence.

Shane Boyle, Theresa Persaud and Will Ortman with The Agency hold the listing.

Meanwhile, the home that Strong just sold, which he shared with his wife — psychiatrist and documentary filmmaker, Emma Wall — spanned 1,500 square feet with high ceilings, exposed brick and white-washed oak flooring.
