It’s Day 5 of the Paris Games but Day 2 of the Dressage Grand Prix.
The venue for the elegant equestrian sport is the garden of the Palace of Versailles. Fitting, right?
The U.S. women’s soccer team — led by captain Lindsey Horan, Mallory Swanson, Rose Lavelle and some fresh faces — will finish group play at 1 p.m. against Australia at Stade de Marseille.
Two swimmers will walk away with Olympic gold medalists following the women’s 100-meter freestyle final and men’s 200-meter butterfly final.
It’s also a big day for USA Basketball: The men’s team continues in the group stage against South Sudan at 3 p.m., plus both 3×3 squads take the court — the women at 11:30 a.m. and the men at 4:45 p.m.

Event to watch: Cycling BMX Freestyle
An urban sport that will take place in the heart of Paris is making its second appearance as a part of the Olympic program.
Riders — who have just 60 seconds to show off their coolest moves — will be evaluated on the difficulty and creativity of their tricks.
Australian cycler Logan Martin clinched the inaugural gold on the men’s side and Charlotte Worthington of the U.K. was the women’s freestyle champion.
