That said, neighbors include Nas, the rapper turned tech investor who is renting in the Tribeca building, as Gimme Shelter reported in May.
Past and present residents of the building also include Colin Kaepernick, hockey star Derick Brassard and author Emily Stone. Meanwhile, Richard Handler, the CEO of Jefferies Group, owns the top three floors. (Handler has been its CEO since 2001, making him the longest-serving CEO on Wall Street.)
At 1,733 square feet, this listed fourth-floor unit comes with two bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms.
Details include wide-plank oak floors, a chef’s kitchen, custom built-in closets and an upgraded sound system.
The apartment also has its own parking spot in the city’s first robotic parking garage, where an automated “valet” parks the car after the driver pulls in.
(That parking spot is valued at $250,000, according to the listing.)
The seller bought the unit for $3.21 million in 2016 and first listed it for a higher $3.45 million in April of this year.
