A few years ago, I bought a house upstate with my husband. One thing about having a second home that we didn’t realize is it’s become a bit of a de facto storage space, for both my husband and I, but also our families. In the brief time we’ve had this house, our families have sold two homes, and we have absorbed a ton of furniture and sentimental items for about eight adult humans within this house.

I’m thrilled we are able to do this, but the unspoken burden of having all this stuff in the house quietly weighs on me since I haven’t had time to fully organize it all. Now that it’s the holiday season, it’s cold out, and we’re trying to keep things more low-key, we have actually had some time to do some organization, and reader, let me tell you, it’s been thrilling.
Fab Totes 6-pack Clothes Storage
The way I’ve been able to make major waves in this home organization work is through my recent purchase of these storage bags. The storage bags are sold in one size (21.65″L x 13.78″W x 12.4″H), but you can purchase packs with different quantities of the bags. The bags come vacuum-sealed but are able to turn into rectangles that are zip-closed and conveniently have handles on each end. In a recent load-up of a bag (which freed up a precious dresser drawer), I was able to fit six sets of sheets and a mattress cover. I probably could have fit in more, too.
I purchased these during October Prime Day (also known as Prime Big Deal Days), and they were $21.65, or 48% off. This is the current sale price; however, they are also offering a 40% coupon, bringing the price of the grey six-pack all the way down to $12.99. Other colors and quantities are not as discounted, so unless you have a major preference, this is the best bang for your buck. Even the three-pack is more expensive than the six-pack.
