BUSTA Rhymes better get his BlackBerry working. The rapper’s going to have to keep track of four upcoming Manhattan jury trials now that the first one, an assault case, has been pushed back until November. Rhymes had come to court ready to proceed on his two assault cases yesterday – the first for allegedly beating a fan who spat on his car, the second for allegedly beating his ex-driver. But he got a lucky break, and more time to work on his defense, when Assistant DA Harrison Schweiloch told the judge he’d been called for jury duty. Busta’s also on the hook for allegedly driving drunk and for driving with a suspended license.
