LOOKING like Bernie Madoff eventually paid off for Jersey City resident Paul Cohen. Cohen, 64, read in Page Six about a casting call for filmmaker Edmund Druilhet‘s docudrama, “Madoff: Made Off With America.” The Forward reported yesterday that Cohen landed the lead — and his first acting role. Druilhet told the paper, “[Cohen] had the best lips. I have to say he stood out.”
