Kristin Chenoweth says she is “thankful to be here” after she was injured on the set of “The Good Wife”
The petite actress returned to Twitter for the first time on Tuesday since she was hit on the head by falling lighting equipment on the set in Brooklyn on July 11.
“To all my fans: thank you for support and love!’,” the 44-year-old star Tweeted, “Doin better everyday. More to come when im Able!”
“I love you guys.xo,” she added. “Sounds dramatic: but im thankful to be here. I love this life! And am grateful! GoodnIght XO”
Tony-winning Chenowith was hit “square on the head” by the falling lighting equipment, and received treatment at the scene before she was rushed to hospital where she was kept for observation overnight.
But she seems to have no bad feelings towards the hit CBS show. “I miss the crew and cast of The Good Wife.,” she tweeted Tuesday. “Love u guys. Xoxo”
This morning she tweeted that she had a “Big doctor day today :)”
