Model Hilary Rhoda and her mother, Marianne, are headed to trial on Oct. 23 after a bitter legal dispute that’s dragged on for years.
In 2014, Rhoda — who’s modeled for Valentino, Givenchy and Gucci — sued her mom, alleging she stole six figures while acting as her manager and “manipulated her familial role to improperly seize — and then abuse — enormous power over Hilary’s finances.”
Marianne filed a countersuit demanding that Hilary fork over $2 million in benefits and savings that Marianne says were illegally withheld from her.
She also slammed Hilary’s volatile former-hockey-player hubby Sean Avery’s employment as “sporadic.”
