Billie Eilish shows off new neon green hair

Billie Eilish is feeling green.

The pop star, 17, debuted a brand-new beauty look on Sunday, posting a selfie to Instagram showing off her new neon green roots and brown hair pulled up into double buns.

The “Bad Guy” singer complemented her new lime-colored locks with matching Prada men’s shield sunglasses ($310) and a custom bright green sweatshirt by Freak City LA emblazoned with her name, further accessorizing with industrial metal necklaces from Heart of Bone and snake hoop earrings by Sita Abellan ($146).

While the musician’s blue ‘do has become her signature, she recently revealed that she was desperate to dye it another color.

“Here’s what’s annoying: I hate the color blue — it’s my least favorite color,” Eilish told Buzzfeed. “I don’t know how I ended up dying it blue. I remember I just lived with it for a while and then I realized that I was somebody with colored hair — I didn’t clock that. I had blue hair but I didn’t think I was someone with blue hair. I just thought I had blue hair and that’s me. Then I realized when people walk by me, they were probably like, ‘Oh, she has blue hair.’ You know, as you do when you see somebody with colored hair.”

Continued the star: “I was told that whoever dyed my hair in October used a permanent blue so that s—t is not coming out. I have sat in that stupid salon chair for hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours trying to get that blue out and that b—h will not get the f—k out of my hair.”
