The now ex-couple, who made headlines as Kaeppeler accused Fleiss of domestic abuse, settled their divorce over a week ago
After 55-year-old Fleiss filed for divorce earlier this month, a nasty back-and-forth ensued between the estranged couple, where he was accused of physically attacking her and demanding she get an abortion and she filed a restraining order.
In documents obtained by Page Six via The Blast, Kaeppeler said, “While Mike has frequently been verbally abusive towards me during our marriage, in recent weeks, he has become enraged, due to the fact I am pregnant with our second child. Mike told me many times that he did not want us to have a second child.”
Of his alleged abusive behavior, Kaeppeler stated at the time that Fleiss threatened to punch her in the face and described additional violent encounters in front of their son. The restraining order that has since been dropped declared he stay 100 yards away from her. He was also ordered to stay away from the family’s dog.
The couple of five years had a prenup.
