‘Glee’ alum Jenna Ushkowitz is pregnant with first child
There’s a new member of the glee club on the way!
Jenna Ushkowitz announced Wednesday that she and her husband, David Stanley, are expecting their first child.
“Our hearts are so full… Baby Girl Stanley coming in June 💕,” the “Glee” alum, known for her portrayal of Tina Cohen-Chang, captioned an Instagram post.
In the black-and-white photo, the couple are smiles as they pose in a backyard with their hands resting on the pregnant star’s stomach.
Ushkowitz, 35, tied the knot with her longtime love in July 2021, hosting an outdoor ceremony with their closest friends and family in Los Angeles.
“We always dreamed of a wedding on the smaller side, but with COVID, we definitely had to scale back more than we anticipated,” she told Brides of their nuptials.
“By setting the expectation from the get-go that we had to limit guests, we were able to focus our planning and ensure that we could stay flexible in case any element of the day needed to change,” she continued.
“It was such a gift that we were able to share it with our friends and family, [and] we were elated and so grateful that we got to have the day of our dreams.”
The newlyweds, who met on the dating app Hinge in 2018, said their “I dos” shortly after celebrating their three-year anniversary. Ushkowitz marked the occasion with a sweet snap of the pair.
“3 years … thank you for choosing me,” she captioned the selfie of them posing with their French bulldog, Bear.
“I look forward to a lifetime of your cheesy puns, competitive game nights, lazy morning Harry Potter marathons, wine tastings, new restaurant discoveries, walks with Bear and seeing the world with you,” she added. “Much more to come. I love you so much.”
