Blac Chyna chokes back tears during cross-examination at Kardashian trial

Blac Chyna choked back tears as attorney Michael Rhodes cross-examined her Thursday morning at her trial against the Kardashian-Jenner family.

The reality star, 33, began crying when Rhodes asked her repeatedly about her appearance on “Good Morning America” the day after she filed the revenge porn restraining order against her ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian, in July 2017.

“Did you publicly announce you were coming to court to file a restraining order?” the family’s lawyer pressed Chyna.

“Was the press release done with your approval? … Did you not go on ‘GMA’ the next day?”

Chyna tearfully responded, “My pictures were blasted to the entire world. Rob posted nudes of me on the internet. So I’m just supposed to allow Rob post this on the internet … that’s OK, right?”

In July 2017, Rob, now 35, posted on Instagram an explicit photo of what he claimed was Chyna’s vagina that she allegedly sent to him in a text message conversation after he requested one so he could ejaculate “before I shower.”

“This is from Chyna yesterday to me. I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday,” he captioned the screengrab. “This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”

He also shared video of his daughter Dream’s mother in bed with another man and wrote, “Hahahaha Chyna just sent me this video saying happy 4th of July what a crazy person. Come spend time with your daughter instead of of f–king me and then this dude right after. U need help.”

Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, objected during Rhodes’ line of questioning on Thursday and said her client had answered.

Rhodes continued to question Chyna on whether she was seeking publicity when she held a July 2017 press conference with her former attorney Lisa Bloom.

Chyna remained silent for at least five seconds and stared directly at Rhodes.

“Yes, I wanted everyone to hear my side of the story, so yes I did,” the model answered.

Chyna asked for a 10 minute break to compose herself.

Rhodes also went over Chyna’s contract with the E! Network, specifically a document that showed she would be paid a $100,000 kill fee and another $370,000 if they did not move forward with Season 2 of “Rob & Chyna.”

Rhodes asked her point blank if she understood the terms of the contract she signed. Chyna answered went through attorney Walter Mosley.

“I can’t explain what [Mosley] was doing,” she said, adding that she did get $100,000 and $370,000 but she thought that was for filming, and not to kill her show.

“Why would I sign a kill fee for my number one show?” Chyna said. “I didn’t sign it. That’s my signature but I didn’t sign it.”

On Wednesday, the “Rob and Chyna” star appeared much more composed when claiming she was “just joking” when she once put a gun to Rob’s head.

“It was not loaded,” she testified. “I would never shoot Rob or anyone at that. It was just joking, like, ‘HA, HA!’”

Chyna also maintained she is not suing the Kardashian-Jenner family for clout.

The reality star is seeking $40 million for loss of earnings and more than $60 million in future earnings. She claims the famous family used their power to tarnish her reputation and prevent financial opportunities.

The Kardashian-Jenners have filed their own lawsuit against Chyna.

The judge Thursday shared Kylie Jenner is expected to arrive in court later today.
