Travis Kelce spotted wearing friendship bracelet with Taylor Swift lyrics before her Chiefs appearance
She needed cold hard proof so he gave her some.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift drove fans wild when they were spotted on a date night after she attended his Kansas City Chiefs game Sunday — but the NFL tight end actually gave fans a clue to their budding romance ahead of the game.
On Friday, the star player may have hinted at the mayhem to come when he wore quite the interesting bracelet to the Kelce Car Jam charity event.
TikTok user lifewithbdh shared a clip of Kelce, 33, posing for a photo while wearing a beaded friendship bracelet with the words “Vigilante S—t” — the name of one of Swift’s songs — ahead of their public date night.
The Chiefs player paired the elastic design with two other thick silver bracelets in the photo, sporting a striped white button-up as he beamed at the camera.
He isn’t wearing the design in other photos from the charity car show, indicating that he possibly received it from a Swiftie at the event.
Kelce’s not the only famous face getting on the friendship bracelet game these days; Lance Bass and the members of *NSYNC all wore custom creations from Little Words Project at the VMAs this year, presenting a delighted Swift with her own bracelets that included nods to her songs as well as the boy band’s.
Although it’s unclear if he was wearing the jewelry when Kelce left the Chiefs game with the “Lavender Haze” singer on Sunday, he did wear an outfit with a connection to his new love interest.

The football player sported a cream-and-blue paint-splattered denim ensemble from KidSuper Studios named the 1989 Bedroom Painting Denim Jacket ($295) and pants ($285) — with “1989,” of course, being both Kelce and Swift’s birth years and the title of one of Swift’s album, which she’s re-releasing this fall as “1989 (Taylor’s Version)”.
As for his jewelry, Kelce seems to be quite the fan of a friendship bracelet and even tried to woo the “Shake it Off” singer with one of his own beaded creations at the Eras tour this summer.
“If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets handed out,” he shared in a July episode of the “New Heights” podcast that he co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles.
“I received a bunch of them, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it,” he continued, adding, “I was a little butt hurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”
Despite his “Cruel Summer,” it seems like all’s well that ends well for Travis.
