‘Hurt’ Luann de Lesseps claims Bethenny Frankel used their reunion for clout: Still ‘blocked by her on social media’
The treaty is over.
Luann de Lesseps and Bethenny Frankel’s feud is seemingly back on — just two days after squashing their long-standing beef at a Hamptons party.
“After watching Bethenny’s video and still being blocked by her on social media, I realize she just used her daughter to get to me,” de Lesseps told Us Weekly Monday, explaining that there “wasn’t a genuine reconnection” with Frankel.
The “Chic C’est La Vie” singer, 59, emphasized that she was “really happy” to see Frankel, 53, before realizing the reunion with her fellow “Real Housewives of New York City” alum did not feel genuine.
“To watch the video, it hurt my feelings,” she added.
In response, a source close to Frankel tells Page Six exclusively, “Bethenny just wishes Luann was drinking a Mingle Mocktail and wearing Chanel. … She wishes Luann the best summer and says she looks ‘Forever Young,'” referencing the Skinnygirl founder’s wine brand.
The former castmates shocked fans Saturday when Frankel uploaded a video of her 14-year-old daughter, Bryn — whom she shares with her ex-husband Jason Hoppy — hanging out with de Lesseps at a summer bash hosted by talent agent Jason Weinberg.
In a subsequent TikTok video, Frankel shared more insight into her surprise interaction with de Lesseps.

“I see Luann [at the event], and Bryn gets all devious. My friend Mark is like, ‘Just say something.’ Why not, right? And it is also a good example for Bryn. We have to be good examples,” Frankel explained Sunday.
“I basically said, ‘Congratulations,’ and Bryn is there, which is great because she bridged my relationship with my mom.”
However, the “Big Shot” alum admitted she recreated de Lesseps’ moment with Bryn for the sake of social media.
“Luann hugged Bryn. We had to do it on social media because if it didn’t happen there, then it didn’t happen anywhere,” she shared. “That was nice and clean. She texted me and [wrote], ‘We are like some discombobulated family.’ So that was pleasant and fun.”
Frankel also shared several photos of herself, Bryn and de Lesseps — including one with “Housewives” superfan Emma Roberts — in a carousel post on Instagram.
“A bougie Hamptons party by day… tonight it’s a cabaret…” she wrote in her caption before referencing de Lesseps’ iconic “uncool” quote from “RHONY” Season 7.
“Hell hath frozen over and I am being cool … and not uncool…” Frankel concluded.
The women constantly sparred throughout their tenure on Bravo, fighting over everything from etiquette and cabaret to de Lesseps’ ex-husband Tom D’Agostino’s alleged cheating.
They made amends in 2019, but that reconciliation concluded last year when de Lesseps made it publicly known that she did not support Frankel’s “Reality Reckoning” efforts to unionize unscripted talent.
“Now, back to Bethenny. You know, listen, why bite the hand that feeds you?” de Lesseps told fans during a December 2023 cabaret concert.
“You know, just go off into the sunset. You [Bethenny] make millions and gazillions of dollars. If you claim you do, then why are you still harping on us? Why are you talking about us?”
As recently as May, de Lesseps quipped to Us Weekly that she would “probably” never work with Frankel again if given the opportunity.
“I don’t think she’d come to the table in any case,” she said at the time.
But an insider close to de Lesseps told Page Six Saturday that the “Class with the Countess” author was ecstatic over what she thought was an authentic rapprochement.
“Bethenny and Luann were excited to see each other and wanted to squash their beef,” the source said. “They were able to put their differences aside.”
Well, for a day at least.
