It’s expensive to be Josh Flagg.
The “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star recently revealed that he has undergone numerous cosmetic procedures over the last two decades.
During an appearance on Heather McDonald’s “Juicy Scoop” podcast earlier this month, Flagg, 38, admitted that he’s “done everything.”
“Have you enhanced your ass?” McDonald, 54, asked, to which the realtor replied, “Actually, yes.”
Flagg explained that he “had fat sucked out” but did not say from where; he simply said it was “really good fat.”
“And I’m Jewish; we don’t waste anything,” he quipped, going on to share that he “had them inject [the fat] into [his] ass.”
The Bravolebrity made sure to note that he was not seeking “a butt implant” at the time.
“They were like, ‘Well, you have two choices: You throw it away, or you can use it somewhere else.'”
Flagg recalled thinking to himself, “Might as well stick it somewhere!”
McDonald then pivoted to her guest’s face. “And you’ve had a nose job?” she wondered, to which Flagg responded, “Oh, many times.”
When the comedian inquired about the various operations, Flagg explained, “When I had my first nose job, I was like 16. Like an idiot, I didn’t like the packing that they put in your nose ’cause I couldn’t stand the feeling, so I pulled it out.”
He added that “you’re not supposed to pull it out” because “the doctor takes it out for you” several days after surgery.
But because Flagg removed the dressing after just a few hours, he said his “nose collapsed.”
The reality personality explained that he had to wait six months before he could go back under the knife to correct the problem; however, the result “wasn’t perfect,” so he “went back a third time.”
“The third time was a charm,” he told McDonald.
During an interview with Page Six last month, Flagg dished on his love life, revealing that he is in a “new” and “very serious relationship” after calling it quits with boyfriend Andrew Beyer last year.
Flagg — who divorced his now-ex-husband, Bobby Boyd, in 2022 following five years as spouses — explained that his New York-based mystery suitor is “more private,” as he’s “not on camera.”
“He’s 29; I’m 38. We’re nine years apart, which is a good amount of time apart,” he elaborated, further raving that his “very smart” and “really good-looking” partner is also Jewish.
Flagg admitted that he sees their bicoastal romance going all the way one day, sharing that marriage is already on his mind.
