Lauren Sánchez and her billionaire entrepreneur fiancé Jeff Bezos attended the UFC’s highly anticipated debut at The Sphere in Las Vegas as she celebrated her new children’s book hours earlier.

The television journalist and Amazon founder sat cageside for the big night while Sánchez gave fans an up-close look at the futuristic venue on social media.

The 53-year-old shared an Instagram story showing a glance at fighters Manuel Torres and Ignacio Bahamondes inside the cage after the latter won in the first round.

“Let’s go!” Sánchez captioned the post to her 499K Instagram followers.

Her next posts featured a detailed 360-degree screen that blanketed the $2.3 billion venue for the memorable event.

She even shared a photo the UFC’s page took of her and Bezos and added the caption “So much fun!”

The couple wore what appeared to both be wearing black outfits as she wore a necklace and earrings.

UFC 306, also called “Noche UFC,” at the Las Vegas Sphere took months to prepare and the event alone cost over $20 million in production costs, eight times the average UFC event and more than double the original budget, according to Sports Business Journal.

Hours before her date night in Vegas, Sánchez attended her first signing event to promote her new children’s book, “The Fly Who Flew To Space” in New Jersey.

Sánchez posted a series of snaps and videos at Bookends in Ridgewood, NJ on Saturday morning, signing autographs, exchanging gifts and posing for photos with her young guests.

During the event, she signed autographs and had a table of toys and coloring items for the young guests.

“So much fun getting to meet all of you,” Sánchez said on Instagram. “Especially loved meeting all the little readers.”

Sánchez, who got her pilot’s license in her 40s, told The View that she was motivated to write her new book when she was flying her kids and noticed an actual fly got stuck in the cockpit and she wanted to write about all the things it could see from above.

During her interview on the daytime talk show, co-host Joy Behar also pointed out that Sánchez auditioned for “The View” twice but never made the cut.

“But look at you now, I don’t think that you needed the job,” Behar said.

Sánchez started dating Bezos in January 2019 and the couple got engaged while they were on vacation in the South of France in May 2023.

The pair announced last year that they were leaving Seattle, where Bezos built his empire, and moving to Miami to be nearer to his loved ones.

“I’m really looking forward to spending my life with someone who I deeply respect and care about and someone who loves my kids,” Sanchez said on The View.
