This is Lindsay Lohan’s simple skincare routine that has her seemingly aging backwards
It’s freaky how fantastic she looks.
Lindsay Lohan is back in the spotlight thanks to a few new movie projects, and fans can’t get over her glow-up.
In addition to a strawberry blond dye job and high-fashion makeover courtesy of styling team Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn — who also work with Jennifer Lopez and Kerry Washington — the 38-year-old actress looks fresher-faced than ever.
Her secret, as she told Allure recently? “I just take care of my skin.”
Lohan, who welcomed her first child with husband Bader Shammas last year, starts her morning with a cold face towel and Avène Redness Expert Soothing Moisturizing Concentrated Cream or the brand’s Tolérance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Cream.
“I love that it’s lightweight and hydrating and not overly greasy,” she told the outlet of the latter product.

While sipping her morning matcha, Lohan de-puffs with Peter Thomas Roth eye patches, telling Allure, “They rock.”
Lohan keeps her makeup “pretty light” in general, explaining, “If I wear anything, it’s Giorgio Armani Silk foundation or Kevyn Aucoin concealer. Maybe some eyeshadow if I’m going out, and Westman Atelier mascara.”
Added the “Parent Trap” icon, “One thing I’ve embraced more since becoming a mom is going out naturally and not feeling the need to put something on my face all the time. I think we live under pressure to look made-up, but I don’t feel that way anymore. I just want to look at myself and love myself for who I am.”

At the end of the day, the screen star uses “Aveeno face wipes, some Avène face wash and then the redness cream at night again because after I take everything off, I get a little pink.”
After giving birth to her son, Luai, the actress said she simplified her beauty routine, cutting out any products with questionable ingredients.
“I used to try more serums and do more hair treatments, but now I keep things very basic,” she said.

I realized, why use something I can’t use when pregnant? Why would I use that anyway?”
That said, she’s not opposed to trying out less-invasive beauty treatments to help turn back the clock.
“I’ve tried Morpheus, IPL, and lasers,” she said. “I try not to do them too much, but I’m always interested in what else is out there, what else is coming out.”
