Smithy tells June that he suspected that David raped Kerrie. David tells his story and apologizes to Sheelagh but she can't trust him anymore. When trying to leave David hits her. David returns to Sun Hill and acts as if nothing has happened. Leela and Steve attend to a stolen BMW. June wants to keep an eye on David so takes him out on patrol. Laura and Tony find Sheelagh tied up and gagged. David plans to do away with his brother Gabriel and stages a fire alarm at the hospital then attempts to suffocate him. Sam finds out the true identity of Gabriel Kent. Steve tries to help a pregnant Kate. Smithy asks for Sam's help in arresting David but he's still with June who's now in danger.
