Dermot thinks that there are too may rooms and too many doors which makes the house confusing. Another problem is the back garden, which covers 600 square metres and has a 40 degree slope which rises higher than the house, blocking out all views of the sky, and to resolve this he calls on celebrity garden designer Diarmuid Gavin.
