Yersun, the president of a certain country's insurance company, was unwilling to have his monopoly status challenged and ordered bad guys to smash the "Xinxin" company established by Ji's father. Ji's father himself survived. Detective Li Jinkui colluded with foreigners and used kidnapping to force Mei Xiushan to leave her fiancé Tao Zhengde and marry Ji Jiaqi.
