THen she meets Markus, the husband of Isabel who says that Isabel is a good mother, but she has some problems to sleep. At the farm a young woman has come, Eva asks her if she is real estate agent, she answers no, she just wanted to see the house and the nice landscape. When Lena Lorenz goes to the hospital for speaking with Dr. Keller, in a corridor a doctor presents her Marlene Kleefeld, the new intern who comes from Hannover. Then Lena Lorenz speak with Dr. Keller; both agree that Isabel is suffering a postpartum depression and Lena must try to speak again with Isabel. In the restaurant Lena was drinking a beer when Marlene Kleefeld appears and tells her that she is her half-sister. Lena goes away very angry and asks her mother Eva about the half sister.
