  2. We'll ship you a replacement device (same or newer model depending on availability). You'll also receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your damaged device back to us (must have a valid credit card on file in order to receive a replacement)

  3. Return your damaged device within 30 days from reception (otherwise you will be charged the cost of the replacement).

    My kindle froze while still under warranty. I have tried every troubleshooting step that can be found online. Called the number to get it replaced. The person who answered was unwilling to send the replacement unless I go through every trouble shooting step with them again on the phone (not possible currently as the kindle is at home). Explained that I have already done all of these troubleshooting steps, and they said there's nothing they can do and to call back later when I have it. I do not believe they have any intention of honoring the warranty I paid for and are pushing it off until the warranty expires in 2 months.

    I ordered this to pair with a kindle for my child for Christmas. I ordered it in the beginning of Nov. 2022. Nothing showed up in any of my emails as it's supposed to be emailed to you. I reached out to the company about replacing it. They never got back to me. Finally I got a refund through Amazon. The kicker, you can only get 2 year protection plan for the electronic up to 30 says after purchase, so now i can't purchase another plan. This company has messed up my chance for protecting a child's kindle which you know is gonna break within two years. From now on, I will only purchase something like this from a brick and mortar store and buy my protection plans from that store.
