Ivan Rosales

Chief Financial and Operating Officer of the Clara Lionel Foundation

Member of Consumer Reports’ Board of Directors since 2023. Mr. Rosales is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of the Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF). CLF was founded in 2012 by Robyn Rihanna Fenty in honor of her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Braithwaite. CLF invests in community development and resilience efforts in the US and Caribbean. Mr. Rosales is responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, and for managing all operational elements of CLF. Mr. Rosales has extensive experience building out systems and infrastructure for social impact organizations. Prior to joining CLF, he was the head of finance and operations at North Star Fund, a social justice fund that supports grassroots organizing led by communities of color building power in New York City and the Hudson Valley. Mr. Rosales holds a Masters of Arts from New York University and a BA from California State University, San Bernardino. Mr. Rosales previously served on the boards of the ACLU of Southern California, the New York State Youth Leadership Council, and currently serves on the Boards of the Donors of Color Network and the AJ Muste Foundation for Peace and Justice.
