A popular coffee shop will be reopening this week after undergoing renovations in Coventry. Starbucks on Broadgate closed to the public at the start of July.
Contractors could be seen refurbishing the city-centre-based store on Sunday (July 30). Fencing has also been placed around the coffeehouse on Broadgate Square.
Starbucks has now confirmed the exact date they will be reopening. It will be welcoming customers back on Thursday, August 3.

Customers can expect a 'newly-refreshed' store which will be 'brighter and more inviting.' A number of brand-new coffee machines will also be installed which the company say will improve the quality of the drinks being served.
A spokesman for Starbucks said: “Our Coventry City Centre Starbucks store has been undergoing renovations and we are excited to confirm it will be reopening in August.”
Manager Evie O'Keeffe added: “Customers can expect to see a newly refreshed store which is much brighter and inviting. We have re-designed the layout so it is much more customer friendly with the pickup area for drinks by the front door which will help with less crowding in the store.
“We have brand new coffee machines which will improve the speed and the quality of the drinks we are serving. We have brand new furniture and a new store layout with extra plug sockets for those that like to come to work or study.”
