Lily Allen has denied she was found in a crack den surrounded by men but admits she is “spiralling and spiralling” over rumours she cheated on her Stranger Things husband.
The pair are reported to have split after she discovered David Harbour was using an exclusive dating app behind her back.
The Alfie singer also responded to speculation that she had ended up in rehab after disappearing from the public eye.
She shared the update on her mental health, amid speculations she's split from her husband.
Heartbroken Allen, 39, said: "I know I’ve been talking about it for months, but I've been spiralling and spiralling and it's got out of control.”
Allen says she hasn't been in a good place as of late.
"I'm finding it really hard to be interested in anything," she told her Miss Me? Podcast.
She also revealed she's tried to maintain a social life amid the turmoil in her personal one, but has found herself leaving events early due to panic attacks or exhaustion.
"I can't concentrate on anything except the pain that I'm going through," she said. "It's really hard."
Allen is planning to taking a break from the Miss Me? show as she works through things.
"What I do want to reassure people because there will be speculation because of the amount of time that I'm going to be taking away that I'm going to drug rehab. I'm not," she added. "I've not relapsed.
“I know there have been some horrible blind items on the internet about me being found by my husband in a crack den being surrounded by men. I don't know who's spreading these vicious rumours but that's not true."
During a previous episode of her podcast last month, she declared that she was "bored of men".
She also explained that she had been going to couples therapy with Harbour, and that while "going through some difficult stuff" she had "screamed" at her kids.
"I exploded and screamed at the kids. I was like, 'I can't handle this at the moment. I'm going through so much, I need you two to behave yourselves,'" Allen said before adding that she quickly apologised to her two kids.
"We're all going through some difficult stuff at the moment, so I apologise, and I'm sorry," she continued, telling listeners how she explained the tough moment to daughters Ethel 11, and Marnie, 13, whom she shares with ex-husband, Sam Cooper.
"I'm having a bit of a rough time of it at the moment, but I'm trying to soldier on," she said.
Allen and Harbour were first linked in January 2019 when they attended the BAFTA Tea Party together. They got engaged the same year before tying the knot in a courthouse ceremony in Las Vegas in 2020.
Allen reportedly played detective to discover Harbour was looking for other women on dating app Raya.
In order to find out the truth, she joined the app and discovered that Harbour, 49, had already set up a dating profile and was listed on the app as being active for at least a month.
Harbour's dating profile read: “Visiting New York from Atlanta” and “closet nerd that plays tough guys on your TV”.
He lists his profile song as the Houses Of The Holy by Led Zeppelin.
Harbour described himself as living in Atlanta, Georgia, 800 miles from the family home in Brooklyn, New York, where the couple moved in 2020, with Allen enrolling her children in local schools.
He bought a house in Atlanta last year so he could be closer to the Stranger Things set.
By the time the couple broke up about a month ago, she had become convinced that he had a secret girlfriend.
Harbour will return as Chief Jim Hopper is set to return in the final series of Stranger Things.
