Over £100,000 worth of drugs have been recovered in North Lanarkshire.

Around 7pm on Tuesday, December 31, officers searched a premises under warrant at Hamilton Road in Motherwell.

Cocaine with an estimated street value of around £105,000 was seized from within.

A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the recovery and was held in custody to appear at court today (Friday, January 3).
