The Chase host Bradley Walsh was surprised after a contestant revealed her TV past.
Contestant Kathleen told the ITV host that she had been on another TV show before trying her luck on the iconic quiz show. She told Bradley that she had appeared on Celebrity Carols at Christmas with Aled Jones.
Bradley seemed taken aback by her TV past and was glad to welcome her onto the show. She also revealed she would be taking on the middle offer.

The guest then did her best to beat The Menace on the show - but wasn't successful. Kathleen chose the mid offer but wasn't able to beat Darragh Ennis who soon caught up to her and kicked her out of the first round.
This meant she left Ollie to battle it out against The Menace on his own in the final round. All of the other contestants had been given the boot, leaving Ollie to fight his way through the final to win a jackpot of £4,000.
In a tense showdown, it was soon to be revealed who the winner of today's show was. Despite Bradley's encouragement to support the player - he wasn't successful.

Unfortunately, Ollie didn't make it through the final round and was beaten to the post by The Menace. The quiz pro told him it was a "valiant" attempt and he could've been lucky enough to scoop the win if he had the backing of one other contestant.
The Menace used to be a contestant himself and was scouted by producers after doing so well as a player. He joined the show back in 2020 after wowing ITV bosses.
He also works as a laboratory manager and research technician in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford, where he specialises in researching the brains of insects.
