Loose Women star admits she fears she'll be axed from ITV show

Loose Women star Judi Love has opened up about her time on the ITV show and admitted that she fears she might be sacked from the programme one day as she faces uncertainty

Loose Women's beloved Judi Love has shared her anxieties about being shown the door from the popular ITV show.

The bubbly panellist has been candid about the insecurities surrounding her TV career, confessing that the fear of getting the chop from Loose Women haunts her. She joined the hit programme in the year 2020, and is now treading through her fourth successful year on the panel.

Judi has highlighted the show's numerous highs, including rubbing shoulders with famous faces. Yet, one downside seems to cloud her sunny days.

In a heart-to-heart with Heat magazine, Judi confessed: "The best part of the job is just being able to connect with so many different women from so many different backgrounds. The worst part is leaving on a good day and not knowing if you're coming back."

Since becoming part of Loose Women, Judi has had the pleasure of interviewing big-name celebs such as Janet Jackson, marking it as a standout moment in her time on the series, reports the Mirror.

When probed about her all-time favourite guest encounter, she revealed: "Whoopi Goldberg and Janet Jackson, without a doubt, because they're people who I grew up with and saw myself in. But my favourite interviews are mostly when I'm out meeting people and having a chat."

"I sometimes get into conversations with my taxi drivers, and they're from a completely different background, different age, different culture, and you're able to connect over conversation and life experience - that's such a beautiful thing. To me, the conversations with people who don't necessarily have a public profile - everyday people - are where you really have those groundbreaking moments that allow you to check yourself back to reality about what's really important."

Judi recently dropped a bombshell about her new role as Blossom the unicorn in BBC's upcoming animation adventure Super Happy Magic Forest. Sure, she's lent her voice to ads before, but this will be her debut in an animated flick.

There's more buzz coming from Judi as she's also gearing up to launch her own five-part cooking spectacle set to hit our screens later in the year. Gushing to her fans, she couldn't contain her excitement about diving into her "new adventure" with ITV.

She reminisced: "Growing up within a Jamaican family, food was always at the heart of any function and occasion. So I'm truly excited to experience the culture, people and food of the beautiful Mediterranean."
