Actress Rosalind Eleazar has divulged an amusing case of mistaken reality that sprouted from her part in the Netflix series Missing You, in which she acted opposite Matt Willis.
The 36-year-old discussed her character, Detective Kat Donovan, on Wednesday's episode of This Morning (January 8), expressing enthusiasm over her collaboration with a top-notch cast.
However, when Cat Deeley mentioned her co-star Matt Willis from Busted, who makes a brief appearance in the series, Rosalind recounted a funny mix-up at Matt's home. His daughter mistakenly thought life was imitating art during a scene.
Rosalind revealed: "They were watching it together and I think she's at the age where she doesn't really understand that her dad is at work. So there's this scene, right in the beginning, where I'm on a date with Matt from Busted!
"And apparently, she just gave this side eye to her dad going, 'what you doing with that woman? That's not mummy,'" Rosalind joked, reports the Mirror.
Ben Shephard quipped alongside: "He was busted. He was properly busted!"
It seems Rosalind was referring to Matt's youngest daughter, Trixie, age 8, his child with wife Emma Griffiths. The couple also have two other children, Isabelle, 15, and Ace, 12.
The couple are known for keeping their three children out of the public eye, often sharing photos where their kids' faces are hidden to maintain their privacy. They post images from within the confines of their luxurious £1.7 million Hertfordshire home.
Last year, tears were seen in the eyes of The Voice UK presenter as she lauded Matt's fathering skills. It was on Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo's podcast, Newlyweds, that the two got candid. Emma said: "It's tough, but the best possible tough. The one thing you want tough for."
To which Matt contributed: "I see my kids as the best version of both of us. It's wicked."
Following a glimpse at the podcast clip on social media, one fan couldn't help but praise Matt and Emma: "Absolutely here for this [100%]! I love Emma and Matt. They are so, so in love! Even though they have been through tough times, they have such a beautiful marriage!"
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1.
