Good Morning Britain presenter Charlotte Hawkins has received her first dose of the coronavirus vaccine in Guildford.
Charlotte, 45, shared a photograph of herself on Sunday (April 18) outside the G Live vaccination hub having just received the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.
The GMB presenter praised the vaccination team for the "very smooth and well-ordered process" and was pictured smiling outside the venue while holding up her jab card.
Her tweet said: "Had the first dose of my Pfizer jab! Big thanks to the @GLiveGuildford vaccination team for a very smooth & well-ordered process.
"No photos allowed inside, but this moment means such a lot. I've got my 'for freedom' t-shirt on as it's what's going to help us all get there..."
At the moment, the vaccine is currently being given out to people aged 45 and over, as well as to any remaining people in the main priority groups.
As of Sunday, 27,559,381 people in England had received their first dose of the vaccine, while 8,322,627 of those people have also now had their second dose.
In terms of infection rates, the figure for Surrey as a whole stands at 13.4 cases per 100,000 people, in the seven days to April 14. Guildford saw its infection rate increase over that same week, taking the infection rate for the borough up to 21.5.
