“Tips & Tricks For a Quick Beach Bod / New Svelte Role” •never drink your calories. Get used to coffee & tea with only heavy real crème or whole milk & 1 sugar packet AT MOST •Avoid All Corn products. Arguably the most important of all. Corn is high in sugar and has no nutritional value. Avoid as much rice & potatoes as well as they have no nutritional value •try to use soups as a main entree in a meal. Robbie Robertson said he goes to a soup diet prior to tour •get creative & concoct dishes with no carbs: for example fry a few cups of mushrooms w/ garlic til the mushrooms shrink down, then dump a generous portion of mozzarella on top while putting lid on pot; dump into a bowl filled with spaghetti sauce — tastes like pizza 🍕 (albeit carb free) •watch out for hidden high carb foods and try to avoid completely and or phase out from diet: flavored coffee drinks, breakfast cereals & granola, flavored yogurt •center main dishes around cruciferous vegetables and cheeses. This combination is carb free, very filling and has a myriad of delectable combinations. A great breakfast is a three egg omelette with cheddar and broccoli •it’s a marathon not a sprint; a journey of 1000 miles starts with a step. Start TODAY.
