Asda shoppers are besotted after spotting a pair of the supermarket's "lovely" satin pyjamas ahead of Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and as lockdown restrictions continue, many who choose to celebrate the romantic occasion will be doing so from the comfort of their own homes.

Many supermarkets have taken to sharing 'fakeaway' style dinner options, products and clothing on social media to provide shoppers with some inspiration.

And Asda's "lovely" £14 black satin-style pjs have proved a hit among shoppers.

Sharing a photo of Asda denim buyer Nadine sporting the matching set to its official Instagram page, George at Asda said: "Felt cute...definitely won't delete later. We're in LOVE with Nadine's Satin-style PJs!"

The photo racked up more than 1,000 likes with fans rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.

Harriet commented: "Omg I adore these."

Charley said: "I want."

Holly said: "Love this."
