Piers Morgan and Mel C among celebs begging 'bring it home!' as they cheer on England
Celebs and royalty are out in force, throwing their support behind England as the team prepares to go against Spain in the nail-biting Euro 2024 final
Melanie C and Piers Morgan are among the celebs backing England ahead of the Euro 2024 grand final.
This year, celebs have shown their support more than ever with the likes of Dame Joan Collins, Kimberley Walsh, Olly Murs, Kate Beckinsale, Danny Dyer and Tom Grennan getting behind the team.
The Three Lions are going against Spain in a tense battle held in Berlin, Germany, after securing a place in the final following Ollie Watkins' mesmerising goal in the semis. Tonight, the likes of Luke Shaw, Declan Rice, Phil Foden and Bukayo Saka will play opposite Lamine Yamal, Fabian Ruiz and Dani Olmo.
Brits have gathered across Berlin and at home, with pubs staying open later than usual in order for punters to tune into the match and celebrate a possible victory. Elsewhere, celebs such as Roman Kemp have flocked to Berlin to see the match in person and hopefully watch England be crowned the champions.
Speaking about his decision to have Shaw play rather than Kieran Trippier, Southgate said: "He's an experienced player and we feel his return to play we've managed pretty well. He's ready to play. Obviously he gives us balance. Kieran's done a brilliant job for the team and the way he's handled everything in the last few weeks has been top-class."
