With seven UK number one hits, a supermodel wife and even his own film, it's hard to believe that Justin Bieber is only just turning 26.
But his rise to fame started early when a chance online encounter catapulted him into superstardom.
Bieber had a love of music from a young age and took music lessons when he was growing up in Ontario, Canada. So when his mum began posting videos of him performing on YouTube its no surprise that he was quickly noticed by music mogul, Scooter Braun.
Stunned by 13-year-old Bieber's vocals, the manager showed the video to Usher, who said: "When I met him, I knew that this kid was forced to be successful. He is such a star, naturally.
"He just had it."
Just a year later, when the singer turned 14, he got his first record contract and moved to America to focus on his career - releasing his first album, My World, in 2010.
With hits such as Baby, Justin instantly reached world-wide fame - becoming known for his floppy fringe and boyish charm.
And, his rise to fame was even documented with his own film, Never Say Never, in 2011.
It seemed even Justin himself was stunned by how far he'd come, as while promoting the film, he gushed: "The whole movie's just incredible … just my story and how I went from just being a small-town kid to now performing all over the world."
But things didn't always run smoothly for Bieber and he appeared in court in 2015 after pleading guilty for assault and careless driving.
He also served community service in 2014 after throwing eggs at a neighbours home. He also had to pay a fine and complete an anger management course.
By the age of 19, Justin was also doing "pretty heavy drugs" and battled with depression as he felt like the "most hated person in the world".
And Justin's health also suffered as earlier this year, the singer shocked fans when he revealed that he "hasn't been healthy for a long time" and was suffering from Lyme Disease.
He said: "Basically, infections have played a big part in my acne and in overall toxins in my body, which creates all this stuff so it feels good now to know why I feel so crappy all the time.
“Honestly, I’m committed to getting better.
“I’m committed to doing whatever I have to do, whether it’s inconvenient or not, because I know ultimately it’s not only for me, but being the best me is gonna help me be the best husband, the best father, the best friend that I can possibly be."
He added: "And, for all the fans that want to enjoy the music that I make. I can’t do it if I’m not healthy – and I haven’t been healthy for a long time.”
Now, Justin is focusing on getting better and building his new life with wife, Hailey Baldwin - who he wed in September 2018 after a whirlwind romance.
And he even released a new album this month, for the first time in four years - which instantly went to number one.
On the album the singer reflects on teen stardom, with many of the tracks dedicated to Hailey.
And the huge success of the record means that he has also beaten Elvis' US chart record - becoming the youngest solo artist to achieve seven number one albums, at the age of 25 years.
Elvis was 26 when he scored his seventh chart-topper, with Blue Hawaii in 1961.
