Michelle Heaton is embracing a healthier lifestyle after her second spell in rehab.
The Liberty X singer spent time in The Priory last month after a worrying relapse in her recovery.
She admitted she was “days from death” after a three-year booze and cocaine binge.
But the resilient 41-year-old star looked happy as she shared a sweet photo of herself and her husband Hugh Hanley working out together in the gym.
“Couples who trains together…stay together!” penned Michelle to her 231 thousand Instagram followers.
She tagged her hubby in the post and added: “#girlswholift #girlsjustwannahavefun,” with a bulging bicep emoji for good measure.
The loved-up couple worked hard on their muscles and worked up a sweat together, embracing a healthier future.
“Man alive! You two!” commented celeb writer Emma Guns, host of the Emma Guns Show.
And a fan site dedicated to Michelle gushed: “You got this darl, keep smashing it as per usual. So so jealous of you because of how stunning you are.”
“Gorgeous sweaty mess,” gushed one fan.
Michelle’s determined desire to get her life back on track again comes amid confirming she will be returning to the stage with her Liberty X bandmates after her stint in rehab.
The ex-Celebrity Big Brother personality teased her comeback with the band at the end of July.
Michelle wrote a heartfelt message on social media to celebrate her bandmate Jessica Taylor’s birthday and thank her and fellow bandmate Kelli Young for their continued support during her troubles.
"Happy birthday to my girl @jessicalibertyX," Michelle penned.
"The support you and kel have shown me over the last 8 weeks makes me the luckiest Popstar alive!"
She added: "You’re friendship, loyalty, love and respect has been breath-taking. I cannot wait to be on that stage for our first gig, of many this year, end of July!"
It looks like Michelle will be joined by bandmates Jessica and Kelli for a total of four gigs from July to October.
The group will not be joined by Kevin Simm or Tony Lundon as they are focusing on solo projects.
Earlier this week Michelle also shared a touching snap cuddled up with her seven-year-old son Aaron Jay.
The mum-of-two poignantly penned: “As I look at you…I can see my future for the first time in years as so bright and full of hope and sobriety.
“I’m so grateful I get this chance to be a better mum! One day at a time x.”
